Having just returned from India, where I studied with Swamini Mayatitananda, Shambavi Lorain Chopra, David Frawley, Robert Svoboda and many others, I am inspired. This blog will serve as a means of sharing this inspiration with women.

A healthy environment begins with healthy individuals in happy families and strong communities. When you invest in your well being, you are investing in your family, your community and your environment.
I aim to keep all of my services accessible while supporting sustainable organic, natural and local practices when possible. Our pillows, bolsters and blankets are made from natural and organic fabrics. Non-toxic biodegradable products keep our space and linens clean. To help us minimize our impact on the earth through laundering, we do ask that you bring your own mats, towels and blankets when possible.
